Oasis of the Seas one touch

Phil Reimer--on-board Oasis of the Seas.

It's been a busy morning. I attended a press conference with all the brass from Royal Caribbean and then various immersion programs on every aspect of the ship.

Heading to the Boardwalk deck in a couple of hours and will blog later in the day about that aspect of the ship.

One neat thing I found this morning was the touch screens. They are located in various spots near the elevators (24 elevators on the ship) on each deck. The touch screens tell you everything you want to know. Once you hit the home screen button, you select the heading you want and it gives you all the information you need. No need to carry a program around of the days events--just hit the "what to do" button and your ready to go. Looking for a place to eat that's not full, just hit the dining button and it tells you the percentage of the restaurant's capacity that is being used at that moment.

I know these have been in a lot of venues, but this one is definitely user friendly.

Off to some more immersion, then on to the Boardwalk.

All for now.
